Terms of Service

Terms of Service — English

Effective Date: 21 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quick Bill. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. About Quick Bill

Quick Bill is a web-based tool for creating and managing business documents such as invoices, quotations, and bills. It may also provide related features including customer records, reusable item names, PDF generation, email verification, team-based access, and optional Google Drive backup.

2. Account Registration and Email Verification

You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of the email address associated with your account. Quick Bill may require email verification before protected application features can be used. You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure.

3. Your Company, Customer, and Document Information

You are responsible for the information you enter into Quick Bill, including company details, customer details, item descriptions, quantities, units, prices, dates, document numbers, notes, and other business information. You should only enter information that you are authorized to use or process.

4. Invoices, Quotations, and Bills

Quick Bill assists you in preparing invoices, quotations, and bills based on information you provide. Before sending, printing, downloading, or relying on a document, you are responsible for reviewing its contents, calculations, customer information, pricing, dates, and other details for accuracy.

5. Calculations and Amount in Words

Quick Bill may automatically calculate totals and may convert amounts into words. These features are provided to assist users, but you remain responsible for checking the final figures and wording before using a document for business, accounting, tax, contractual, or legal purposes.

6. Not Accounting, Tax, Financial, or Legal Advice

Quick Bill is a document-creation and management tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether your documents and business practices comply with applicable laws, tax rules, contractual requirements, and industry requirements.

7. PDF Downloads

Quick Bill may allow you to generate and download PDF versions of invoices, quotations, and bills. Once a PDF is downloaded to your device, you are responsible for its storage, distribution, security, and subsequent use.

8. Optional Google Drive Backup

Google Drive connection is optional. You can use the core Quick Bill features and download PDFs without connecting Google Drive. If you choose to connect Google Drive, generated PDFs may be backed up to the Google account you authorize. Your Quick Bill login email does not have to match your Google account email.

9. Google Drive Availability and Backup Limitations

Quick Bill does not guarantee that every Google Drive backup will succeed. Backup may fail because of internet problems, expired authorization, Google service interruptions, account permissions, storage limitations, provider changes, or other technical issues. A Google Drive backup should not be treated as your only copy of an important document. You should maintain copies appropriate for your business needs.

10. Third-Party Services

Quick Bill may depend on third-party services such as Google, email providers, hosting providers, and internet infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Quick Bill is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, or actions outside its reasonable control.

11. Multi-User and Team Data

Quick Bill is designed to separate user or team data. You must not attempt to access another user's or team's private data without authorization. If you invite or authorize other people to use a team or company workspace, you are responsible for managing that access appropriately.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not use Quick Bill to:

  • Break applicable laws or regulations
  • Create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly false documents
  • Attempt unauthorized access to another account, team, system, or data
  • Interfere with, damage, overload, probe, or circumvent the security of the service
  • Upload or enter content that you do not have the right to use
  • Use the service to distribute malware, spam, abuse, or other harmful content

13. Account Security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure within Quick Bill that is reasonably attributable to the service. Notify Quick Bill promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You should use a strong password and protect access to your email account.

14. Service Availability and Changes

Quick Bill aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security work, internet failures, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access. Features may be improved, changed, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

15. Free Access, Paid Plans, and Future Subscriptions

Quick Bill may offer free access, trial access, paid plans, subscriptions, or other pricing arrangements now or in the future. If paid services are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation conditions should be presented to the user before a paid commitment is made. Introducing a paid plan does not by itself authorize charges without the user's applicable consent or payment arrangement.

16. Account Suspension or Restriction

Quick Bill may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, security, legal compliance, or system integrity, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or serious violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, reasonable efforts may be made to explain or resolve the issue.

17. Account Deletion and Data

Account deletion or data-deletion options may be provided through the application or support process. Some information may need to be retained for a reasonable period for security, backup, technical, legal, or operational reasons. Files already stored in your own Google Drive remain under your Google account and may need to be managed or deleted by you.

18. Intellectual Property

Quick Bill's application code, branding, interface, design elements, and original service materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Quick Bill to users. You retain responsibility for and rights you lawfully hold in the business information and content you enter into the service.

19. User Content and Permission to Process It

You retain your rights in the information and content you lawfully provide. You authorize Quick Bill to process, store, display, calculate, format, generate, and transmit that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service and the features you request.

20. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Bill is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by a user, a user's failure to review a document, misuse of generated documents, loss of a user's downloaded files, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside Quick Bill's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

21. No Absolute Security or Backup Guarantee

Reasonable security measures may be used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Similarly, no backup method is completely failure-proof. Users should maintain appropriate independent copies of important business documents and protect their own devices, email accounts, passwords, and connected services.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when Quick Bill's features, pricing, integrations, security requirements, operating practices, or legal obligations change. An updated effective date may be published with the revised Terms. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, Quick Bill should provide it as required.

23. Privacy

Use of Quick Bill is also subject to the Quick Bill Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and processed.

24. Contact and Support

Questions about these Terms, accounts, privacy, or technical support may be sent using the contact information published on the Quick Bill website. For support or service-related questions, please contact us through the Quick Bill Support page.

By creating an account or using Quick Bill, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
